A pre-launch framework for ArcVault Cards. Final operational details will be updated before live orders are accepted.
Delivery
ArcVault Cards intends to dispatch UK orders using tracked delivery services. Available services, expected delivery times and charges will be shown clearly before payment.
Trading-card products will be packed with appropriate protection for transit. Customers will receive dispatch information when an order leaves the fulfilment process.
Returns & cancellations
Eligible online purchases will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer rights. ArcVault Cards will provide a clear route for cancellation and returns and will not restrict statutory rights.
Where sealed collectible products are returned, they should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, subject to any rights or exceptions that apply by law.
Privacy
ArcVault Cards will collect only information reasonably needed to operate the store, process orders, provide customer service and, where consent is given, send marketing updates. The final privacy notice will identify the ecommerce, analytics, email and payment providers used by the live store.
Terms of sale
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Prices will be displayed in pounds sterling and any delivery charges will be shown before checkout is completed.
ArcVault Cards may cancel and refund an order where stock is unavailable, a material listing error has occurred or payment cannot be processed. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict statutory consumer rights.

ArcVault Cards is an independent retailer. Pokémon and all related names, characters and marks are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party products are for identification and retail purposes only.
