Yes. ArcVault is live. Live listings are active in the store, and in-stock products can be purchased through Stripe checkout. Listings marked Awaiting Stock remain catalogue previews until stock availability is confirmed.

Yes. Yes. Japanese Pokémon TCG is at the forefront of ArcVault, including booster boxes, High Class boxes and special products sourced from Japan. We also stock and develop English Pokémon TCG lines including singles, ETBs, booster bundles, packs, tins and collections.

Awaiting Stock products show ArcVault’s current catalogue price. Because they are not yet available to order, that catalogue price may be updated before stock goes live. Live listings show the product price and shipping charge clearly before checkout.

ArcVault currently focuses on UK delivery. Product-level shipping charges are shown before checkout, and paid orders are processed through the live Stripe checkout.

For most online purchases, UK distance-selling rules give you 14 days after delivery to tell us you want to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Yes. Consumer product prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before checkout. ArcVault Cards is VAT registered under number 526 9604 69.

No. ArcVault Cards is an independent retailer. Pokémon and related names, marks and characters belong to their respective owners.

Japanese and English Pokémon products use different pack structures, set sizes, release schedules and recommended retail prices. Japanese boxes often contain fewer cards per pack and may use smaller display formats, so comparing the sticker price of one Japanese box with one English box is not always like-for-like. Market demand also changes quickly. ArcVault prices each product from its real landed cost rather than assuming Japanese always means cheaper.

The most obvious difference is language, but the product structure can also change. A standard Japanese expansion commonly uses 30 packs of 5 cards, while special sets can use different formats. English sets may combine cards from more than one Japanese release and often use different pack counts. ArcVault will state the exact language and pack contents on each listing so you know what you are buying.

Some Japanese sets have recognisable box-level collation or hit patterns, which can make loose packs harder for a buyer to assess once they have been separated from the original box. A loose pack is not automatically bad, but provenance matters. ArcVault's Japanese range is focused on clearly described sealed-box products, and any loose-pack product would be labelled transparently.

Shrink means the original clear factory plastic wrap remains around the box. No-shrink means that outer wrap has been removed. In Japan, legitimate retailers sometimes remove shrink at purchase to discourage resale, so no-shrink does not automatically mean fake or tampered. For ArcVault, the condition will always be stated clearly; a no-shrink box will never be represented as factory-shrink sealed.

MEGA Dream ex (M2a) is a Japanese High Class Pack product: a box contains 10 booster packs rather than the 30-pack format used by many standard Japanese expansions, and each pack contains 10 cards. Terastal Festival ex uses the same 10-pack, 10-cards-per-pack High Class format. Fewer packs does not mean it is a partial box — it is the normal factory format for those products.

No. ArcVault's Japanese range is being built as UK-held retail stock. We handle sourcing and importing first; once a product is shown as in stock, the customer orders from ArcVault in the UK and receives normal UK dispatch. You should not have to manage a Japanese import or unexpected customs request for a normal UK ArcVault order.

Our principle stays the same: Cards worth chasing, prices worth trusting. We will not set prices simply because a product is hyped or because another shop is charging a high secondary-market figure. Japanese catalogue prices are set with a collector-first approach and are intended to remain competitive against typical UK secondary-market listings. Sold-out catalogue prices may be adjusted before stock returns, depending on the real landed cost and market conditions.
